Journaling is a cathartic release for you which helps you to let go of the day.

You have so many emotions, thoughts and feelings and you feel that there is no one you can turn to with all of this energy other than your journal.

Your journal provides you with an open space without judgement where you can share everything without holding back.

I have been journaling for over fifteen years.

My journal is a reflection of my inner world which helps me to find new perspectives.
