Join me each week for a live, guided yoga class which you can attend from anywhere. This is your dedicated time to move, breathe, reset, and reconnect from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, these sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and calm your mind in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute live session includes:
An opening yoga quote and sankalpa intention setting for your practice.

A joint warm-up to open and prepare the body for the asana practice.
~
A guided hatha yoga practice with instructions and relevant modifications.
~
A pranayama technique to move energy through the body.
~
A 5 minute relaxation to allow the body to absorb the practice and release anything that does not serve you.

A private space with adequate room to practice and where you will not be disturbed.
