Heal Your Thyroid – Part 1 Asana Practice | 15 Minutes | Yoga with Jaina

Your thyroid is unbalanced and affecting your health and wellbeing.

You’ve been told that medication is the only way to manage the symptoms.

However at a deep intrinsic level you know that there are holistic practices which will help you to manage the symptoms too.

You believe if your belief in these practices is strong enough you can overcome your thyroid issue completely.

In order to do this you know it is going to take some time, inner work and exploration to understand the root cause of the problem.

But you are willing to make the time for yourself.

You are ready to shine a light on the root issue because the light will heal and eradicate the dark.

This will then set you free to walk your path again and live the life you want to live without feeling held back or dependent on outside stimulants.

Over the last year I have been working with healing my own thyroid.

I have learnt a lot about how my own inner beliefs, patterns and self-sabotage led to issues with my throat chakra which affects the thyroid.

Using a combination of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, meditation, mantra and chakra work has helped me manage hypothyroidism.

Along with this video I will be sharing a series of videos using the above practices to help you manage your thyroid too.
