Yoga for your Menstrual Cycle | Part 2 – The Inner Spring | Yoga with Jaina

Your energy is beginning to rise, and you’re starting to feel a sense of renewal.

You have entered your follicular phase, also known as your “Inner Spring.”
As your hormone levels begin to climb, your body is moving out of the quiet stillness of winter and into a time of new beginnings.

This is the perfect moment to transition from deep rest to gentle, uplifting movement that awakens the body without over taxing your system.

In Part 2 of my cycle syncing series, we are working with more movement and flow.

This practice is designed to help you harness your emerging energy so that you can get back into the flow of movement but also back into the flow of your life again.

We will focus on:
✨ Awakening the body with a gentle warm up and soft movement.
✨ Two rounds of the Surya Namaskar, using the first to find our rhythm and the second to tap into our rising strength.
✨ Building warmth and heat in the body.
✨ Opening our heart to get ready to embrace the world again.
