In this episode I talk about when you can’t do a daily yoga practice. I often tell my students to try and incorporate yoga into your daily life however sometimes it is not always possible to do a practice. Here I explore why you might not be able to get into a practice, what you can do to create a practice and how important it is to let go of any guilt if you can’t do a practice. Also rather than focussing on the practice itself making yoga a way of life is far more beneficial and can be easily implemented.
