HOW TO DEAL WITH ANGER AND FRUSTRATION

Many people are unaware of how to deal with emotions and feelings which can cause them to be expressed in the wrong way. In order to avoid this it is important to find a creative outlet to express our feelings. Better yet if you can go beyond expression and release the feeling completely you will experience far greater benefits!

I like to approach anger and frustration as a lesson to go deeper within myself. I sit with the uncomfortable feeling, in a safe space such as meditation and then work on releasing it. There are many releasing techniques but ultimately all the techniques involve self observation and using the power of the breath to release the feeling.

Also I believe anger, frustration and any other negative emotion or feeling is just a form or energy. When we productively release it the energy transforms into something more positive!

Practice embracing the lesson of anger because it is a power, force and energy which can be used for your greater good!
