In this video I take you through a gentle yoga flow practice that is useful during the first trimester of pregnancy. This sequence is for beginners and regular yoga practitioners who are pregnant. But this video can also be followed if you are not pregnant and you are looking for a gentle flow.
Participating in this video is voluntary and it is recommended that you consult a doctor, midwife or health practitioner if you have any concerns before participating. By engaging in these exercises you do so at your own risk.
