In today’s video I will be taking you through a slow mindful yoga practice that works on opening the body and creating space. This video is useful for the third trimester of pregnancy.
I encourage a slow practice as in the third trimester our body starts to slow down but often our mind can resist the need to slowdown. Therefore practicing a slower yoga practice can encourage the mind to slow down and align with the needs of the body.
This sequence is for beginners and regular yoga practitioners who are pregnant. But this video can also be followed if you are not pregnant.
Participating in this video is voluntary and it is recommended that you consult a doctor, midwife or health practitioner if you have any concerns before participating. By engaging in these exercises you do so at your own risk.
