In my #yoga π§π½ββοΈ classes we generally start off with a discussion on various topics from yoga, #wellbeing, self care and more.
We then work on a warm up to open up our joints followed by a sequence of yoga poses which include careful alignment instructions and hands-on adjustments.
This is followed by winding the body and mind down utilising #breathing exercises, #meditation and #relaxation techniques π«
In the session we go beyond our external surroundings and body to connect deep within to our heart and soul π€
