Downward Facing Dog | Including a Full Guided Yoga Sequence

In today’s video I talk about a classic yoga pose; downward facing dog which is also known as Ardho Mukha Svanasana in Sanskrit. Downward dog is a great pose to stretch the entire body and it also really helps to improve circulation. It is also a great transition pose as you move through sequences. You’ll also find that over time as you get comfortable with downward dog it will almost become a place to rest into inbetween other yoga poses.

The video also includes a guided yoga sequence that is for intermediate yoga practitioners. For a beginners practice please see my previous video on child’s pose.
